Returns/ Refund Policy


Returned items must meet our return policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with all tags and in the original packaging. GUAPI label is attached to all articles, the piece must be returned with the label. We do not accept returns that are worn or soiled. Please be careful when trying on your pieces and return them in the same condition in which you received them. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will not be accepted. We don't accept returns on discounted items. 

Your returned article must reach GUAPI no later than 14 days after the delivery date. We recommend that you book the return within 7 days of the delivery date so that it arrives at the GUAPI facility within 14 days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Sale items should be returned by customers shipping fees

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for an exchange for something else or to receive a store credit code with no expiration date. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the delivery date.   

Once we have received your return, your new size will be sent out to you free of charge. Please note, as we are unable to hold your item until your package has been received, we encourage you to drop it off as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.  


Cancellation & Replacement Policy 


Unfortunately cancelation requests cannot be always be accommodated. We will try our best to assist but after a certain stage of order processing it can no longer be canceled. We aim to ship orders as fast as we can so although you may message us immediately after placing your order, unfortunately it doesn't always guarantee cancelation. The cancelation request has to be reviewed and the request is sent to our warehouse processing team.

If you would like to attempt cancelation of an order, please send us the Order Number to be cancelled and include the message: Please Cancel My Order. This will help us prioritise your email. You can do this via the CONTACT US form below or email us at

If we are unable to cancel your order, your items may still be eligible for return, you can check out our returns policy above.

 If any items in your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition or received the wrong product please let us know within 7 days of your order being received. Please send your order number, and clear photos of the damaged item alongside your polybag sku slip using the CONTACT US section. Please contact us using the email address associated with your order.

Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 7 days of the receipt of your items. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them for the case to be resolved



We accept refunds exclusively if an order is unable to be shipped because of sold out items, this can be accommodated only for original orders request not for returned products since we are unable to hold your new size until your package has been received . In other cases it may require additional review and approval. All refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please note that it may take from 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

All final sale items are non-refundable and non returnable, including original shipping charges, items on promotional campaigns or with discounts of up to 20% or more.
