The Influencer Marketing Specialist will manage our Influencer strategy across gifting, events and activations, and social content. You will be responsible for the development and performance of influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels. 

You will also manage our growing Influencer team, optimizing and scaling our existing programs, work closely with our in-house Creative team to drive impact across all social channels, and be responsible for establishing and building relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.


  • Possess a strong understanding of pop culture and upcoming|ongoing trends on social media platforms to keep teams informed about industry changes and new developments and social media feature updates
  • Manage department budgets and ensure all department spend is aligned with team forecasts
  • Manage and negotiate celebrity and ambassador contract negotiations and execution
  • Managing global influencer contracts
  • Coach and train the team on influencer selection, negotiations, delinquency, and engagement
  • Successfully execute product launches, evergreen marketing campaigns and brand initiatives with an influencer first strategy that supports overall business priorities
  • Identify and build long term partnerships with influencers to drive consideration and conversion
  • Exceed targets across revenue, engagement, messaging and follower growth, working closely with the social, communications and editorial teams
  • Assist with content and message creation with a social first storytelling lens
  • Manage influencer marketing forecast, budget, and optimizations based on business needs
  • Use data insights to effectively test and measure strategies
  • Pivot self-service analytics reporting up to the executive leadership team, and use those insights to drive constant improvements
  • Drive creative ideas for influencers amongst the team – engaging with the team to execute creative and innovative ideas of how we work with Influencers
  • Oversee the team’s influencer gifting process 
  • Measure success of social media activations through KPIs and forecasting
  • Develop and manage an Influencer calendar that we can leverage across all our social channels


  • 3 plus years of experience in Influencer Marketing
  • Experience managing an eCommerce brand preferably in the beauty or fashion space
  • Well-versed in influencer marketing reporting and delivering results to executive leadership
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills that mirror the brand voice
  • Previous experience building an Ambassador program
  • Experience supporting innovative marketing plans with defined objectives on a global scale
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable collaborating and working in cross functional settings
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing tactics and proven relationships with influencers
  • Familiarity with influencer reporting and management platforms
  • Experienced in crisis management and|or public relations
  • Knowledgeable of trending in pop culture, fashion, and lifestyle landscape
  • BA|BS degree (optional) or equivalent work experience
  • English, additional language(s) an advantage
  • Schedule of this position: Monday – Saturday | Core business hours | Remote
